1. Service scope
SeasonFlow is a digital platform designed for operational and financial control for PDR technicians, including features for registration, production tracking, expenses, results and any other functionality made available through the application.
2. Registration and account responsibility
- You must provide true, current and complete information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for keeping access credentials confidential and for restricting unauthorized use of the account.
- You are responsible for activities performed under your credentials unless you demonstrate unauthorized use reported within a reasonable time.
3. License to use
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use SeasonFlow in accordance with these terms and the ordinary purpose of the service.
4. Prohibited conduct
- Violate applicable law, third-party rights or these Terms of Use.
- Attempt to access restricted areas, bypass security measures, reverse engineer or interfere with service operations.
- Upload unlawful, fraudulent, offensive or malicious content, or anything that compromises platform integrity.
- Resell, rent, sublicense or commercially exploit the service without authorization.
5. Free trial, billing and renewal
SeasonFlow may offer a free trial period and paid plans as presented on the website or in the application at the time of purchase.
After a trial or paid cycle ends, access may be limited, suspended or renewed according to the applicable commercial terms. Taxes, bank fees and currency fluctuations, when applicable, may remain your responsibility.
6. Intellectual property
SeasonFlow, its website, brand, layout, code, content, visual assets and features belong to their owners and are protected by intellectual property laws.
These terms do not transfer any ownership right in the platform to you, except for the limited license expressly granted.
7. Availability and updates
We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance or full compatibility with every device, network or browser.
We may perform fixes, enhancements, scheduled maintenance, feature changes or partial discontinuation of resources at any time.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis.
SeasonFlow is not liable for lost profits, indirect damages, data loss caused by misuse, third-party failures, internet unavailability or decisions made solely based on information recorded in the platform.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service in case of breach of these terms, security risk, non-payment, abusive platform use or legal requirement.
You may also stop using the service at any time, subject to any financial obligations assumed up to the cancellation date.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of SeasonFlow after publication of the revised version will represent your agreement to the updated terms, unless applicable law requires another form of consent.
